As one of the Founding Members of the Inside Saudi Club, New Murabba played a central role throughout the London Summit, using both days of the programme to demonstrate how Saudi Arabia's flagship downtown development is redefining urban living, attracting private investment and creating one of the world's most significant real estate opportunities.

On the opening day of the Summit, delegates were introduced to the vision behind New Murabba through an exclusive presentation led by Mazroua Al-Mazroua, Chief Marketing Officer, alongside the unveiling of the project's detailed scale model. The session provided attendees with a rare opportunity to explore the masterplan and understand how New Murabba is transforming Riyadh's urban landscape.

Positioned as Riyadh's modern downtown, New Murabba is designed to become a vibrant mixed-use destination where residential, commercial, hospitality, entertainment and cultural experiences come together in a highly connected and sustainable environment. Covering more than 14 square kilometres, the development will ultimately comprise around 98,000 residential units, 10,000 hotel keys, more than 1,400 towers and extensive retail, leisure and public spaces, while welcoming over 280,000 residents. A defining feature of the project is its commitment to quality of life, with 25% of the site dedicated to parks and green spaces to create a truly walkable and liveable city.

At the heart of the development sits The Mukaab, an iconic landmark that will combine immersive technology, hospitality, retail and entertainment within a destination unlike anything currently found anywhere in the world. The presentation highlighted New Murabba's ambition not simply to deliver another real estate development, but to create a future-ready city built for generations to come, combining sustainability, advanced infrastructure and cutting-edge technology with an exceptional quality of life.

The presentation also underlined New Murabba's commitment to collaboration with the private sector. With multiple development packages already in the market, the project is actively seeking investment partners across residential, hospitality, retail and infrastructure, offering investors flexibility through land sales, joint ventures and other partnership models.

Building on these themes, Day Two saw Michael Dyke, Chief Executive Officer of New Murabba, join Rachel Sturgess, Executive Vice President of Tahaluf, for a fireside conversation titled Investing in Saudi Vision 2030: The Real Estate Story. The discussion shifted the focus from the project's vision to the practical realities of delivery, highlighting the planning, infrastructure and investment framework supporting one of the Kingdom's most ambitious developments.

Michael explained how New Murabba is creating the world's largest modern downtown through a phased and disciplined development strategy, supported by a fully approved masterplan, comprehensive infrastructure planning and the backing of the Public Investment Fund. He emphasised that these foundations provide confidence for investors while creating opportunities for meaningful private sector participation across real estate, engineering, construction and technology.

The discussion explored the breadth of opportunities available to investors, from residential and hospitality developments to mixed-use communities, branded residences and advanced technology partnerships.
